What if I forget my password?
Please use the option Change Password to retrieve access to your account. If you registered via Facebook, use that to log in the app. If you are still having troubles signing in, get in touch with us at contactus@scrizzo.com?

What happens if I am not an Apple Music Subscriber? 
You have to either be an Apple Music Subscriber or a part of somebody’s Apple Music Family Plan. If you don’t have an account, you can set up a free trial through Apple Music directly. 

How do I Start A NEW Game? 
Click NEW game at the end of the GAME

Is the maximum number of people who can play at once?  
Yes, there is a maximum of FIVE player who can play at one time. 

Does the game work on Android Phones? 
Currently, SCRIZZO is only available on iOS, but be sure to sign up to our mailing list for notification when we release on Android.

My game pauses sometimes, why is that?
Any pauses are likely due the WIFI connection. Make sure all players are properly connected to WIFI to ensure the app performs smoothly. 

How come the Party Mode feature doesn’t work?
Stay tuned! The Party Mode feature will be released soon. 

What devices can I play the game on? 
You can play SCRIZZO on iOS devices 11.0 or later. It’s also compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Does the game work with Apple TV?  
Yes, SCRIZZO works with Apple TV.

Can I connect the game to a speaker?
Yes, you can connect via bluetooth or an auxiliary cord.

Can I play the game in my car? 
Yes, you can connect via bluetooth or an auxiliary cord.

Can I change the Genres after a game starts?  
Once the game has started the genres can’t be changed. 

Why does a player appear on my screen under my picture? 
It sounds like your previous game wasn’t closed out properly by the host.

Why won’t my game start? 
Make sure you name the game as the HOST! It will not allow you start a game until your properly follow all the steps as a HOST.

Can I only store 10 songs as my favorites? 
At this time, there is a limit of 10 songs.

Can I take a phone call while a game is being played? 
Yes, you can take a phone call but the game will continue. SCRIZZO will randomly pick a song for you if you are not back in time to make a selection during the game.
